- Rates are open to negotiation for long stays and an early bird discount is available for bookings made 6 months in advance of stay, please enquire
- Peak holidays Christmas, Easter
- Minimum stay of 3 nights low and mid season, 6 nights high season, 1 week Christmas and New Year
- A no quibble fully refundable deposit of 15% (25% for high season, Christmas and New Year) is required to secure your reservation.
- The balance of total rental amount is due a minimum of 4 weeks before the check in date.
- We request you vacate the villa by 12 noon, arrival time is at our discretion, please enquire
- There is a supplement of £20 per additional person per night for more than 6 guests (7 can be accommodated}
